What is a2 Milk®?

a2 Milk® is pure and natural dairy milk. But unlike ordinary dairy milk, a2 Milk® is sourced from cows that have been genetically tested to confirm that they naturally produce milk with only A2-type protein, and no A1.

a2 Milk®  has all the goodness of dairy without the A1 protein.

Understanding beta-casein protein in milk

Not all milk is the same. The key difference between a2 Milk® and ordinary cow’s milk lies in the type of beta-casein protein your milk contains.

Dairy milk contains two main groups of proteins: casein and whey. Beta-casein is a form of casein protein that typically makes up about 30% of the total protein content.
